House Nzimande was a green-fields bespoke residential undertaking commissioned by Ms. L. Nzimande, developed by BIL Architecture and administered by Touchstone Quantity Surveyors in The Hills Estate, Pretoria. The project provided challenges as it was administered during the height of the COVID pandemic and required creative thinking and active engagement in the procurement processes by the principal contractor and professional team to ensure that the exacting standards of the client were not just met but exceeded. The final product is an architectural paragon and is a source of pride for Touchstone Quantity Surveyors.
