Konka Day Club entailed the renovation and fit-out of an existing commercial outlet in Pimville, Soweto and was administered by Touchstone Quantity Surveyors. This project was on a truncated programme and demanded close oversight of costs and quick provision of solutions by the professional team to meet the project deadline. The nature of the renovation entailed the removal and replacement of internal finishes, provision of a new kitchen and construction of an external louvred sun-deck area as well as the co-ordination of sponsor placement and reconciliation of their respective costs. This project is definitely a hallmark in Touchstone’s portfolio and we are proud to have delivered to the satisfaction of our client.
