Moja Café Sandton entailed the commercial fit out of an existing white box within the Sandton Shopping Centre in Johannesburg administered by Touchstone Quantity Surveyors.
Similar to the Southgate project under the same banner this project was comprised of general building works, electrical and mechanical reticulation and gas reticulation.
Administered over the 2022/23 builder’s break and in compliance with specifically the green building prescriptions of the centre this project was uniquely challenging but was still successfully delivered to the satisfaction of the client enlarging Moja Café’s footprint and strengthening brand equity.
