Conceptualised as a lounge this project sought to differentiate from the other Moja outlets by offering a more relaxed sit-in experience in a light and airy space that would also be suited for performances by DJs and artists as required in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. The project entailed general building works, electrical and mechanical reticulation but also required the input of direct contractors to supply and install shopfitting aligned to the various sponsors that would be housed in the venue and required focus and attention to detail with respect to quality to ensure that this project reflected the premium experience that Moja sought to offer to patrons.
